What's Included?

For all indoor  and marquee stalls tables and chairs are provided. We provide one table (single stalls) two tables (double stalls).   Please mention at the time of booking if you wish to bring a additional table where we will endeavour to assist you.

 

Complimentary electricity is available at all indoor venues. Please state at the time of booking if you would like to request this. Please bring a pat tested extension lead with you. 

All outdoor pitches must bring their own tables, gazebos etc.

Our normal trading times are:

 

Saturday 9am-4pm

Sunday   9am-3pm  

Set up is available from Friday afternoon. Exact time will be confirmed  two weeks prior to the event.

We do ask that packing away is minimal before the closing time in order to ensure that the fair is welcoming to all.

We care about our environment and request that all rubbish is cleared from our sites.

                    

Please make contact by telephone in order to initially secure your place. A completed booking form will be required.

Bookings cancelled up to 3 weeks before the event will incur a £25  administration charge. Any bookings cancelled up to 21 days before the event will be non-refundable. 

Insurance

Whilst all of our events are covered by public liability insurance, we do not accept liability for any lost or damaged stock. We strongly recommend that you obtain your own insurance to cover loss or if you cancel your booking.
